Black belt testing went great thanks to all the volunteers and the Black belts who came to help out. So proud how everyone did today congratulations.

We will be using the same schedule of Monday thru Friday combined classes. Reevaluate on Friday for the week after. The little Eagles will keep there time slot also.

Yes we will be having class outside today even if there is a blizzard crazy weather.

Sorry no outdoor class tonight due to excessive heat will be back tomorrow Wednesday at 5:35 outside of kma stay cool.

Make sure you bring plenty of water next week for classes. We will be taking plenty of water breaks. Try to remember to not gulp down water it doesn't mix well with heat and working out.
